This was not a typical LEMS presentation, how Does LEMS typically present?
- Trouble walking
- Eyelid drooping
- Fatigue
- Trouble speaking and swallowing
- Trouble breathing
- Bladder and bowel changes (autonomic symptoms are very common in LEMS)
- Erectile dysfunction (autonomic symptoms are very common in LEMS)
- Dry mouth (autonomic symptoms are very common in LEMS)
- Tingling sensation in the hands or feet
