Academic Half Day: Advanced Antibiotics

This week for Academic Half Day, we will be exploring the more advanced nuances of Antibiotics. We will be discussing antibiotic resistance, infections in immunocompromised patients, and antibiotic stewardship. Dr. Hilary Miller-Handley will once again be joining us as we work through cases. Below you will find several resources to help you prepare for the session. The Febrile Podcast is a podcast about all things Infectious Disease! They will walk through clinical consult cases with an expert and provide pearls of wisdom along the way. Also included are the new IDSA guidelines for MDRO and NEJM review articles on caring for immunosuppressed patients. See you on Thursday!
