Case 1: Mr. Bourgeois is a 68 yo male with pmh of CAD, HTN, lung cancer s/p surgical resection, now under treatment with chemotherapy and radiation who presents to you in the clinic for increasing dyspnea. Exam, EKG, and vitals are below:
